It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to erect or maintain, or cause to be erected or maintained, any sign of any kind or character in violation of the provisions of this chapter. Violation of this chapter shall be punishable as set forth in Chapters 1.20 and 1.21. (Ord. 611 § 1 (part), 2014)
