A. This chapter shall not apply to any vehicle owned by a public utility or a licensed contractor while necessarily in use in the construction, installation or repair of any public utility.

B. This chapter shall not apply to any vehicle when used for purposes directly related to the use, enjoyment, care, improvement or maintenance of any real property within the town or accessible to vehicles only through one or more of the restricted streets.

C. This chapter shall not apply to any authorized emergency vehicle. (Ord. 259 §§ 4—6, 1963)
