8.15.520 Enforcement and fines relating to historic buildings.

A. It shall be a violation of this chapter to damage any historic buildings through deliberate acts or negligence. Damage shall include undertaking any activity that would require an alteration permit, as described in Section 8.15.310.
B. The provisions of this chapter shall be enforced pursuant to Chapter 1.21. (Ord. 652 § 1, 2022)
