Decisions by staff pursuant to this chapter are appealable to the planning commission and decisions by the planning commission are appealable to city council. All requests for appeal must be made in writing to town within ten days of the date of the contested decision and in accordance with the procedures contained in Chapter 17.06. (Ord. 641 § 1 (Exh.
