A. A contract is authorized between the city council of the town and the Board of Administration, California State Employees’ Retirement System, a copy of the contract being attached to the ordinance codified in this section and marked Exhibit A, and by such reference made a part of this section as though set out in full.

B. The mayor of the town is authorized, empowered and directed to execute the contract for and on behalf of the subdivision. (Ord. 144 §§ 1, 2, 1945)
