The city council of the town shall hold a regular meeting at least once each month at a time and day specified by resolution. Regular meetings shall be held in the Council Chambers located at 80 Fair Oaks Lane, in the town; or, at such other meeting place located within the corporate limits of the town, as determined by the city council.

Notification of any change in the meeting date, time or place shall be provided by public notice posted on the town’s official public notice bulletin board located at the City Council Chambers at 80 Fair Oaks Lane at the time of the meeting.

Special meetings may be called at any time by the mayor, or by three members of the city council, or by a petition bearing a minimum of one hundred signatures of adult residents of the town. (Ord. 660 § 1 (Exh. A), 2023)
