Accessory dwelling units and junior accessory dwelling units shall be allowed in all areas zoned to allow single-family residential uses in compliance with the development standards set forth in section 17.52.040 (Development Standards and General Requirements). Regardless of any development standards, a minimum ADU of eight hundred square feet shall be allowed. (Ord. 646 § 3 (part), 2020)
