The public facilities and schools (PFS) district provides for the development of public uses (e.g., town hall, town corporation yard, public utilities, etc.) and schools (both public and private), consistent with the town’s general plan. Other appropriate uses may include churches, country clubs, and other assembly and civic uses upon issuance of a conditional use permit. It does not provide for the development of residential uses except for convent housing, teacher housing, student housing, and other residential uses when associated with primary nonresidential use of the same property with a conditional use permit.
