The method of accomplishing prezoning shall be the same as for zoning code amendments as provided in chapter 17.18 (Zoning Code Amendment) of this title. Such zoning shall become effective at the time annexation becomes effective. (Ord. 582 § 1 (Exh. A (part)), 2009)
