Subsequent to any front/rear lot line redesignation approved by the planning commission, the city clerk shall record the location of the newly designated front lot line in the offices of the County Recorder of San Mateo County. Costs for such recordation shall be borne by the applicant, and the effective date of the redesignation shall be the date of recordation. (Ord. 582 § 1 (Exh. A (part)), 2009)
