A. No application form is necessary for zoning clearance. This process will be conducted by the town planner as part of the building permit application review. Building permits shall not be issued without approval of zoning clearance.

B. Zoning clearance shall be granted only when the town planner finds the proposal to be in conformance with all applicable provisions of this title. The town planner may require the applicant to modify plans in whole or in part, or may apply conditions of approval to ensure compliance with town standards. (Ord. 582 § 1 (Exh. A (part)), 2009)
