All improvements hereinafter mentioned shall conform to the specifications prescribed by the city engineer. All improvements shall include facilities for the handicapped if required by federal, state or local law. Fire protection facilities shall be installed and operable prior to placement of any combustible materials on the site. (Ord. 441 § 1 (part), 1988)
