Subdivided lands may be merged and resubdivided without first reverting to acreage, provided that all requirements of the Subdivision Map Act and this title are complied with. Such application shall be filed and processed in the same manner as a subdivision. Recordation of the final or parcel map shall constitute legal merging of the separate parcels into one parcel and the resubdivision of such parcel. (Ord. 441 § 1 (part), 1988)
