The city manager shall specify the number of copies of the tentative map which shall be required. Those copies together with any additional data required shall be filed with the city manager. The subdivider shall simultaneously file copies of the tentative map with all other affected agencies and utilities. Tentative maps shall be prepared in accordance with the Subdivision Map Act and provisions of this title. Such tentative maps shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable fee as set from time to time by the city council by resolution. (Ord. 441 § 1 (part), 1988)
