“Lot line adjustment” means the minor adjustment of a lot line or lines between two or more adjacent parcels, where the land taken from one parcel is added to an adjacent parcel, and where a greater number of parcels than originally exists is not thereby created. (Ord. 441 § 1 (part), 1988)
