All existing real estate and construction site signs which complied with the provisions of this chapter as of the date it was last amended shall be permitted to remain upon the site on which they are located until January 31, 2015, without having to comply with the revised provisions of this chapter with respect to such signage; however, after that date all such signs shall immediately comply with the location provisions of this revised Chapter 15.36.
