Except for permits issued pursuant to Section 12.06.100(H), the city manager may revoke any encroachment permit at any time that he determines that such revocation is in the best interests of the town, or that the conditions of the permit or any other regulations are being violated, or that the encroachment interferes with the public safety or convenience.
