No person shall use or occupy, or permit the use or occupancy of, any motor vehicle, recreational vehicle, camp trailer, camper, trailer coach, or similar vehicles for purposes of sleeping, camping, or habitation on any street or upon any public property, including any public parking lot, or upon any private property when the occupant is not present, between the hours of ten p.m. and six a.m. (Ord. 600 § 1, 2013)
