Any person aggrieved by a decision of the hearing officer may obtain review of the administrative decision by filing (A) an appeal with the San Mateo County superior court in accordance with Government Code Section 53069.4, or (B) a petition for writ of mandate in accordance with Code of Civil Procedure Sections 1094.5 and 1094.6.
